Printre obiectivele societăţii se numără organizarea şi desfăşurarea de Evenimente şi Manifestări de educaţie fizică şi sport, dar şi susţinerea financiară a revistei Palestrica Mileniului III – Civilizatie și Sport, revistă cu profil interdisciplinar orientat pe domeniile medical şi socio-uman, cu aplicaţie în activităţile de educaţie fizică şi sport, în vederea redactării şi tipăririi. De asemenea societatea are în vedere organizarea de congrese naţionale și internaţionale, simpozioane şi mese rotunde, manifestări sportive şi artistice, dar şi susținerea de cursuri şi traininguri. Printre obiective se numără şi reabilitarea unor obiective de arhitectură şi artistice din domeniul sportiv si artistic, înfiinţarea şi întreţinerea de expoziţii şi muzee în domeniul sportiv si artistic, desfăşurarea de activităţi profesionale.
Activity and objectives
The objectives of the society include the organization and carrying out of physical education and sports events and meetings, as well as the financial support of the Palestrica Mileniului III – Civilizatie și Sport journal, an interdisciplinary journal focusing on the medical and socio-human fields, with application to physical education and sports activities, for its editing and printing. The society also aims to organize national and international congresses, symposia and round table discussions, sports and art events, as well as training courses and programs. Other objectives include the restoration of architectural and art structures related to sport and art, the foundation and maintenance of exhibitions and museums in the field of sport and art, the organization of professional activities.
